軸受の潤滑状態をリモートでモニタリングし、摩擦量に応じた適切な量の給脂が自動で行えるシステム。超音波診断により潤滑不良の兆候を検出し、必要量を判断して潤滑油を自動で充填。軸受の早期故障理由の多くを占める、潤滑油管理の問題を解決し、装置・軸受けの長寿命化、給脂作業の負担・コスト削減に貢献する。
