Based on the garbage crane information, the garbage information in the garbage bunker can be managed and visualized in three dimensions including the depth direction. The agitation priority injection function contributes to stable combustion by preferentially throwing in garbage with a high degree of agitation (stirring degree) based on the visualized information. In addition, the AI automatic operation function determines the mixing and stacking method by AI with different algorithms depending on whether or not the material is being brought in. Incineration plants use Automatic Combustion Control (ACC), which automatically adjusts the amount of waste and air supplied to the incinerator according to changes in combustion conditions. Toward this end, we developed two AI models with different roles and characteristics: a “normal maintenance model” and an “abnormality avoidance model”.
